I had developed a sleep disorder in which I had trouble staying awake, doctors couldn't help me properly so I searched the internet for answers. I discovered that a keto diet used to be used to treat neurological disorders. This is how I found out that Shake That Weight had a clear ketogenic meal plan that is easy to follow, affordable and fun. So I started my journey.

It's been a long journey for me, almost 2 years on the diet. At first the weight flew off, I was happy and ready. Then it got less and less until I lost 1-2 kilos a week, sometimes I lost 2 kilos and sometimes not even 1.

You have to be patient, trust the diet and stick to it. It will help you achieve your goal. Think of it as a long-term life choice for a better version of yourself because you love yourself enough to take good care of the only body you have.

My next goal is to save money for plastic surgery. I want to get rid of the loose skin I've accumulated over the years. As you can imagine, I saved quite a bit after losing 80 pounds. I have to say I'd rather have loose skin than have to carry all that weight around with me.
