Then...
...Wow!

I wanted to lose weight fast so I could keep up with my toddler! My sister was very successful with Shake That Weight so she inspired me to get started.

I don't really enjoy cooking so the women's plan was a good fit for my lifestyle. It's so easy to stick with and that's a bonus. The first 4 days were the hardest but I got on the scale and I lost 2.5 kilos! And that inspired me to keep going!

It just got easier and taught me to listen to my body. It has taught me that I don't need to snack constantly and it's mostly thirst, so drinking plenty of water is essential. After a few weeks I had so much more energy and all of a sudden I was doing more in the house and walking to the park with my little one when I would normally go by car.

Even after a short period of time I got compliments from my family and friends about my weight loss and it felt great. The weight loss had motivated me to be a healthier person and choose healthy food. I am now on a healthy diet but I want to continue with shake that weight after a few weeks break. I did not gain weight after I stopped using the products because I followed the maintenance plan. I even kept losing weight which is great because I still have a way to go.

I would recommend shake that weight to others. I don't think there are any things that need to be improved except products for half the price ha ha.
